Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China to the United States, Germany and other global regions.
1. Order Processing
Orders paid before 16:00 (China Time) on working days will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 16:00, weekends and Chinese public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours. Pre-order or customized items follow the lead time marked on product page.
2. Delivery Time
United States: 5–8 business days via Air Line
Germany & EU: 6–9 business days via Europe Air Line
DHL Express: 3–5 business days
Delivery time may be delayed 1–2 business days due to customs clearance, local holidays or bad weather.
3. Shipping Rates
United States
Orders under $79: Flat shipping rate $9.99
Orders $79 and over: Free Standard Shipping
DHL Express: Flat rate $29.99
Germany & Euro Zone
Orders under €79: Flat shipping rate €9.99
Orders €79 and over: Free Standard Shipping
DHL Express: Flat rate €29.99
4. Order Tracking
After shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track your order in "My Order" on our website.
5. Customs & Duty
Packages below $800 to the US are usually duty free for personal use.
Packages under €150 to EU are duty exempt, local VAT may be charged by customs.
All tariffs, customs fees and import taxes are borne by the buyer. We will provide official documents for customs clearance.
6. Return & Shipping Terms
Items can be returned within 30 days after delivery, unused, unopened and with all original accessories.
Please contact our support to get RMA return authorization before sending back. Return without RMA will be rejected.
For non-defective returns: Return shipping cost is covered by buyer.
For defective items, wrong or missing items: We cover round-trip shipping cost for replacement or full refund.
7. Shipping Compliance
All our smart watch and smart ring products meet aviation safety standards. Built-in battery is certified for air shipping.
