Items must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging
Wearables must be free of scratches, disassembly, or water damage
2. Defective Items
Provide photos/videos of product defects
We cover round-trip shipping; replacement or full refund available
Free replacement for shipping damage reported within 48 hours
3. Non-Defective Returns
Buyer covers return shipping cost
Refund issued if items are resellable
